Second-hand cardboard boxes may be an option, but their condition is important. Boxes that are worn, damaged or weakened by previous use may not provide adequate support for your belongings. Check that any reused boxes are clean, dry and sturdy before packing.
Our packing materials include options that may be recyclable. However, recyclability does not necessarily mean that a material is biodegradable. Please contact us if you have specific environmental requirements, and we can advise you on the available options.
No, there are, however, some perks you need to be aware of. Orders for the value of £120+VAT or more are free of charge. Anything below that is subject to a delivery fee, starting from £20+VAT.
